Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

In Cornwall we like to think we're canny about rubbish..

First we try to reduce the amount of rubbish we generate...you can help us by refusing packaging and bags you don’t need.

Then we try to reuse what we have - bags, resources - we even have an award winning Cornish Real Nappy Campaign! CoaST even sells its own jute bags to anyone who would rather use one than one more plastic bag...

And last but not least...we recycle. You can use the recycling banks you’ll see in most main car parks across the area.

And if you can recycle where you’re staying – please do. Even better! Lots of campsites, hotels, B&BS and attractions have recycling bins now. And if you CAN'T see the recycling bins - just ask. It may be by asking you might just encourage the owner to provide them. If you don't - they'll never know you wanted one...
